From my first enquiry until completion, I found SBC to be extremely helpful, and fast in getting back to me with amended quotes as my requirements developed. Everything arrived intact, and was delivered by a very polite and helpful team. The conservatory itself was very simple to put together, and I had no major problems. The pool room has been in service for a month now, and has become the centre of family life. An ambitious project, no doubt, but one made much simpler by the excellent and great value product from SBC. I would particularly recommend the glass roof option - it is stunning.

Although initially feeling this was going to be quite a challenge I found the whole experience exciting and I was left feeling with a sense of achievement and personal satisfaction.
Each stage was well documented stage by stage within the instruction manual and each section of the conservatory was packed separately and clearly labelled.
